Our fresh, unpasteurised organic white miso is made from soya beans, yeast and koji culture. It's been fermented over the course of 6 months, to give it a mild but complex flavour and a deep, mellow aroma. It adds a brilliant flavour and balanced sweetness to your cooking, and is great in light sauces, dressings and marinades.
