Shedletsky's: Pickleback Hot Sauce


Alongside Shedletsky's regular favourites, they create a new experimental sauce from scratch every month. It’s their chance to play around with flavours and ingredients, and make something you’ve not tasted before. This month, they’re using the brine from our famous Bread & Butter pickles as the basis of the sauce. They’ve combined it with fermented aji lemon chillies for a sweet little number that will make your taste buds tingle
