About the Beans:
One of our favourite origins! Coffees from Burundi are well known for their complex and juicy acidity. Elevations of 1500-2000m and abundant rainfall, make it a different and unique cup profile compared to neighbouring countries of Rwanda or Tanzania. This washing station operates in a region referred to as Migoti Mountain, in Bujumbura Province and collects cherries from over 500 farmers. Burundi is among the smallest coffee-producing countries in East Africa and it's production is almost 100% arabica.
We can grind all of our coffee to order - please add a note at checkout to tell us if you need your coffee grinding and what brewing method you use (cafetiere, v60 etc)
