About the Beans:
The farm takes its name from the Pyrenees mountain range located between France and Spain. Los Pirineos covers 80 hectares, coffee is grown on 60 hectares and the rest is unspoilt forest that will be preserved.
Gilberto Baraona owned 5 farms and a processing facility in the Usulutan region in the south-east of El Salvador, today, it is Diego and Fabiola, his children, who have taken over the activities of their father who passed away in 2020.
