Rillettes are a traditional way of curing meat by cooking it slowly in it's own fat for a long time. Duck, perfectly spreadable and indulgent.

From Maison Argaud, a renowned producer of paté and cooked meals preserved in jars from the South West of France. This is now the third generation that are looking after the production. The company only consists of 10 staff, with a strong dedication to quality rather than quantity.
