e5 Bakehouse: Multigrain
The dough for this recipe is made with a blend of flours from Gilchesters, Shipton Mill & Cann Mill. The final loaf contains three different cereal grains – wheat, rye and oats – and four different seeds: pumpkin, sun-flower, millet and linseed. The many flavours are well balanced, with the seeds inside the dough giving good texture to the crumb and the ones on the outside nicely toasted. Approx. 765g.
