From light clay soils with a high calcium content. Harvested at full phenolic ripeness at 9.5% alcohol! The grapes were de-stemmed and macerated without pigeage or remontage for 3 days before being pressed to fibreglass tanks for a 6 month élevage. A wonderful light red with a beautiful savoury red fruit profile - we suggest to drink chilled.
